Complaints may be sent to the above by email or post. We will acknowledge every
complaint within 48 hours of receipt and endeavour to resolve it within one month
of receipt.
6. GOODS AND SERVICES TAX
Bombay Rugs is registered under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and
the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. All prices displayed on this
website are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated
otherwise. A valid GST invoice is issued for every order.
7. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND COUNTRY OF ORIGIN
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, all rugs sold by us are of
Indian origin and are hand-made. Imported pieces, where offered, are identified as
such on the product page along with their country of origin.
Because our rugs are hand-made, minor variation in colour, finished size (up to
2-3%), pile height and pattern is inherent to the product and is not a
manufacturing defect. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, rug designs, graphics,
logos and page layouts, is the property of Bombay Rugs or its licensors and is
protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Designs
Act, 2000 and other applicable laws. No part of this website may be reproduced,
copied, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission.
