SHIPPING POLICY

1. WHERE WE SHIP
We currently deliver within India only.

2. DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges depend on the size of the rug. The charge is added
automatically at checkout.

Sample rates:
  3 x 5 ft  —  Rs. 300
  4 x 6 ft  —  Rs. 450
  5 x 7 ft  —  Rs. 550
  6 x 8 ft  —  Rs. 700
  8 x 10 ft —  Rs. 950

Larger sizes are charged proportionately. If you order more than one rug,
the delivery charge for each rug is added together.

Round and square rugs are charged by diameter/side, starting at Rs. 300.

3. MADE TO ORDER
All our rugs are handmade to order. Production takes 15-25 working days
depending on the size and design. Dispatch happens after production is
complete.

4. DELIVERY TIME
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5-10 working days within India.
These are estimates, not guarantees.

5. TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details on your
registered mobile number, WhatsApp or email.

6. UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY
Please record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the parcel
is sealed until the rug is fully opened. Without this video we cannot accept
any complaint about damage, wrong product or wrong size.

7. DAMAGE OR WRONG DELIVERY
If the parcel arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product or wrong
size, you must CALL us within 3 days of delivery on +91 76789 69067 and
share the unboxing video. Complaints made after 3 days cannot be accepted.

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please check your address and phone number before placing the order. If a
parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was
available to receive it, re-delivery will be charged again.
